Seven yellow roses in a glass vase with light from above casting a shadow on table cloth below with specks of light reflecting of various items on the table and furniture behind.
A palette knife was used and color is applied in separate sections which adds interest to the classic composition.
Bold bright color to enliven any setting!

I am an artist presently residing near Dallas, TX. My style is impressionist, abstract and modern. I use oils and acrylics. Favorite subjects are landscape, beach scenes, figurative and floral. Also like cows, horses and Western themes. People walking their dogs! This is a wide field, but strong, happy color and reducing the subject to its core, is my main interest.
